Clear answers before you make a technology decision.
These answers summarize our published product, implementation, data, source-code, support and commercial principles. Project-specific commitments are confirmed through the applicable proposal or agreement.
Do I need a detailed technical document before contacting you?
No. You can start by sharing the business problem, process or technology requirement you want to address. The first step is a requirement discussion to understand the current process, challenges, expected outcome and existing technology environment.
Do you only build custom software?
No. We prefer the simplest practical approach that can solve the requirement effectively. Depending on the need, that may be DigiMunim, DigiNeo, custom software, a mobile application, AI, analytics, automation, integration, CRM, e-commerce, a website or consulting.
What is the difference between DigiMunim and DigiNeo?
DigiMunim is positioned as a standardized cloud platform for Accounts and Operations and is designed for faster, ready-to-adopt implementation. DigiNeo is a customizable enterprise platform for organizations that need technology to adapt around specific workflows, approvals, integrations, reporting and management requirements.
Can an implementation be done in phases?
Yes, where practical. Larger requirements can be divided into manageable phases so the business can start using important functionality earlier and expand gradually.
Who owns the business data stored in your systems?
The customer retains ownership of its business data. Hosting or processing that data through Jyotiba IT Solutions products and infrastructure does not transfer ownership to Jyotiba IT Solutions.
Who owns source code and intellectual property?
It depends on the type of engagement. Jyotiba IT Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing and reusable platforms, frameworks, libraries and common technology. Ownership or handover of customer-specific development and source code is defined in the applicable project proposal or agreement.
How are cloud hosting, backups and recovery handled?
Jyotiba IT Solutions operates and manages its own cloud infrastructure for supported applications. Backup frequency, retention, recovery expectations and any specific disaster-recovery requirements depend on the selected product, hosting plan or project agreement.
What is included in support?
Support scope depends on the product, project, subscription, hosting plan or support arrangement. Standard support generally covers assistance with existing agreed functionality and issue investigation. New modules, major workflow changes, new integrations and other enhancements are normally treated separately unless included in the agreement.
How is pricing decided?
Pricing depends on the selected product or service, users, modules, hosting requirements, customization, integrations, implementation effort, migration, support and project complexity. The applicable commercial terms are defined in the quotation, proposal, subscription, invoice or agreement.
Can AI-generated output be used without review?
No. Where AI-enabled features are provided, users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before using it for important business, financial, operational, legal or other decisions.
