Where It Started
The idea came before the platform.
Mahesh Arun Patil, Founder of Jyotiba IT Solutions, completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science in 2012 and began his journey in the software industry.
As he worked with technology and observed how businesses managed day-to-day operations, one problem became increasingly clear: most software was built as a ready-made system with predefined processes, but businesses rarely worked exactly the same way.
When software did not match actual operations, teams often ended up working in two places — partly in the software and partly through spreadsheets, paperwork, messages and manual follow-ups.
For businesses wanting software built around their own processes, the alternative was custom development, which could require significant time, cost and technical effort.
That raised the question that became the foundation of the company: why should a business have to change the way it works just to adapt to technology?
Turning the problem into a platform
Four to five years were spent studying the problem before trying to solve it.
The research covered business processes, software architecture, operational workflows, accounts, automation, reporting and the practical challenges of implementing technology inside a business.
